PV Bracket Installation Process

Pre-installation Preparation: Conduct site selection and evaluation, prepare installation tools such as wrenches and screwdrivers, and inspect the quality and specifications of PV brackets and their accessories.

Foundation Construction: Perform foundation excavation and pouring according to design requirements (e.g., concrete foundations, pile foundations), and ensure moisture retention during foundation curing.

Bracket Column Installation: Place columns on the foundation, initially fix them with bolts, and adjust verticality and levelness.

Beam Installation: Connect beams to columns and fasten them tightly, paying attention to beam spacing and levelness.

Diagonal Brace Installation: Install diagonal braces to enhance bracket stability, and adjust their angles and lengths.

PV Module Installation: Place modules on the bracket, fix them with clamps or bolts, and ensure uniform module spacing and neat arrangement.
